Does it work with my current POS?+
We integrate with Square, Toast, Lightspeed and custom POS via API. If your POS has no API, we sync via daily CSV export or configurable webhook.
How do you handle delivery times and availability?+
Kitchen Display System (KDS) shows orders in real time, with estimated time per dish and alerts if delayed. Customer gets WhatsApp updates: "preparing", "on the way", "arrived".
Can you integrate with Uber Eats and keep my own channel?+
Yes. We recommend using Uber for initial visibility and acquisition, and migrating to the direct channel with incentives (first-order discount, extra points). 6-12 months for 30-50% direct.
Does it support multiple locations?+
